About Andrew Stryffeler
Andrew is a passionate and driven professional with a diverse background in executive leadership business management, sales achievement, and commercial operations for consumer products.
His journey began with a love for music, which led him to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Audio Engineering and Pro Tools HD certification. He would later add certifications in business management and systems thinking from Cornell University.
In 2009, Andrew embarked on his career as a Sales Engineer at Sweetwater Sound, where he honed his customer service skills and learned the value of always doing the right thing. His dedication and success in sales sparked a desire to contribute more holistically to multiple aspects of a business, eventually leading him to Moog Music Inc in 2013.
At Moog Music Inc., Andrew's career rapidly advanced, from Territory Manager to Vice President of Sales Operations. He excelled in team leadership, serving as the Director of Sales and leading the global sales staff of 13 team members. During Andrew’s sales leadership the company consistently grew each year while he fostered a culture of top performers. He was an executive officer and key contributor to several Moog activations and commercial priorities like Moogfest, House of Electronicus, Rough Trade Residency, NAMM, Superbooth, and product go to market strategies. As Vice President of Sales Operations Andrew helped the company establish best practices around launching new products, forecasting, inventory planning and enterprise resource planning; cementing a dedication to continued learning and helping teams build efficiencies.
Today, Andrew is the founder and principal consultant of Amplify and Sustain.
His daily mission is to apply his expertise and learnings, both past and future, to companies looking for solutions to to their challenges.
